We are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and tracking game development projects. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in project coordination within the gaming or IT industry, with strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with game designers, developers, artists, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Assist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met. - Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and task lists. - Identify risks and bottlenecks, escalating issues to the Project Manager when necessary. - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings. - Ensure smooth communication between different teams and stakeholders. - Work with PM tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp for task management and progress tracking. - Support the team in maintaining project quality and adherence to timelines. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project status updates for senior management. Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the gaming industry. - Understanding of game development pipelines (art, design, development, testing). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp). - Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Basic knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. - Passion for gaming and knowledge of current gaming trends. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Game Development, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Certification in Agile, PMP, or Scrum Master (preferred but not mandatory).
