Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Project Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in Shopify projects. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, managing deliverables, addressing client requirements, and resolving roadblocks effectively. As a project coordinator, you will maintain regular communication with stakeholders, create progress reports, and ensure that projects meet quality and deadline expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and coordinating Shopify projects or eCommerce-related initiatives
• Strong project management skills, including timeline management, resource allocation, and reporting
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and relationship management abilities
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, project tracking tools, and relevant technologies
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• Experience in software development lifecycle or Agile methodologies is a plus
