Job Overview

Successful Project Controllers display strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/oral communication skills. They should be detail-oriented team members who can consistently meet deadlines and possess the ability to work independently as needed. Computer, interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary. Project Controllers must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse workgroup of stakes holders.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand EPC scope of work and Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets
• Create WBS structure for scheduling, progress measurement
• Prepare overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (P6)
• Create resources in Primavera and Load Man-hours into the scheduled activities using those resources.
• Create various schedule reports and determine the appropriate reporting format.
• Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team.
• Progress monitoring of projects using Earned value technique  Ensure budget tracking.
• Well-versed with Ecosys.
• Managing the Change Management System.
• Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team and project team
• Prepare Reports with accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech Full time
• Experience: 5 – 9 yrs.
• Advance knowledge in Excel spreadsheet including power pivot table and basic understanding about MSP, Primavera P6 & Power BI
• Interest to learn & develop project controls capabilities
• Basic understanding of the OGC deliverables & OGC Project Controls Knowledge areas
• Good understanding of schedule activities sequencing types & techniques.
