Experience: 2–5 years in Solar EPC Projects
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities between engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Monitor project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely deliveries and execution
- Assist in documentation: project reports, drawings, permits, and client updates
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Organize and attend project review meetings
- Maintain communication between site and head office teams
- Support billing, invoicing, and site logistics tracking
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in solar rooftop/ground-mounted EPC projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,014.80 - ₹30,177.14 per month
Work Location: In person
