Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track progress.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Support in budget tracking, resource allocation, and compliance with company processes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
