Job Description

As an HR Duties Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Management in various HR processes such as recruitment, liaison, salary, and attendance. Your tasks will include answering phone calls, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, responding to emails, and preparing documents. It is important to maintain accurate candidate data in the Recruitment system. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of Offer Letters, Contract Agreements, NDAs, and other related documents. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and preparing necessary documentation - Maintain accurate candidate data in the Recruitment system - Prepare Offer Letters, Contract Agreements, NDAs, and other relevant documents - Prioritize tasks effectively and work with little supervision - Demonstrate self-motivation, trustworthiness, and proficiency in Time Management, Planning & Organizing, Judgment, and Analysis In the role of Office Admin Duties, you will undertake various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This includes providing support to the staff for efficient work operations, handling basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, delivering mail, and data entry of bills, invoices, receipts, and other documents as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. You will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, as well as performing other relevant duties when needed. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in HR processes and office administration would be an advantage This job provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the HR and administrative functions of the company.,
