Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Co-ordinator to join our team at MarTechs, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of experience in project coordination.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Office, Asana, Trello, or similar.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in an IT Services & Consulting environment is preferred.
