Project Co-ordinator

We’re hiring an experienced Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination between our design team, contractors, and vendors for interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, ensure timelines are met, maintain budgets, and keep every detail aligned with the design vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

- Plan and monitor project timelines, site activities, and resource allocation.

- Source materials, furniture, and decor and manage vendor relationships.

- Negotiate costs and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Draft and finalise technical drawings and working drawings.

- Prepare BOQs, track budgets, and support billing validation.

- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and resolve on-site issues.

- Report project progress and assist in execution planning.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong on-site coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and technical documentation.

- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities.

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential or commercial interiors.
