Project Associate

The NIRMAN team operates in a dynamic, collaborative manner, allowing members to contribute across various aspects of the program while developing expertise in specific areas. Responsibilities are shaped around individual strengths rather than fixed roles. As a Project Coordinator or Project Associate, you will play a key role in executing NIRMAN's Annual Work Plan. This includes tasks such as outreach and partnerships, recruitment, organizing workshops and action-learning opportunities, supporting alumni, connecting youth to work in the social sector, content creation, data management, and impact storytelling. Continuous learning and personal growth are encouraged to lead by example. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals who align with NIRMAN's mission and are eager to make a meaningful impact. Qualifications required for the position include a Masters in relevant fields such as MBA, MPH, Development, Psychology, or a Bachelors in Engineering/Medicine. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience for the Coordinator role and a minimum of 1 year of experience for the Associate role, with preference given to those with experience in the social sector. Key skills for the position include being proactive, possessing excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi, proficiency in MS Office, relationship-building abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and project execution skills. The commitment required for the position is a minimum of 2 years. The salary range for the Project Associate position is between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month.
