As a Resident Medical Officer & Coordinator at SEARCH, your role will be crucial in providing healthcare services to under-resourced rural and tribal populations in Gadchiroli district, India. Your position will be based at Shodhgram, Campus of SEARCH. You will report to the Co-Director of SEARCH. Key Responsibilities: - Providing medical services in General, Plastic, Reconstructive, Urology, ENT & Laparoscopy Surgery - Empowering individuals and communities to take control of their health - Developing sustainable intervention models to address significant health challenges Qualifications Required: - MBBS / BAMS degree - Ethical and value-driven mindset with a strong belief in the social sector - Proactive, hardworking, and sincere - Fluency in Marathi is required with fair written English skills In addition to a competitive starting salary ranging from INR 30,000 to 45,000 based on qualifications, you will receive accommodation facilities and annual increments as per SEARCH policy.
