Responsibilities are shaped around individual strengths rather than fixed roles. As a Project Coordinator or Project Associate, you will play a key role in executing NIRMAN's Annual Work Plan. This includes tasks such as outreach and partnerships, recruitment, organizing workshops and action-learning opportunities, supporting alumni, connecting youth to work in the social sector, content creation, data management, and impact storytelling. Qualifications required for the position include a Masters in relevant fields such as MBA, MPH, Development, Psychology, or a Bachelors in Engineering/Medicine. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience for the Coordinator role and a minimum of 1 year of experience for the Associate role, with preference given to those with experience in the social sector. Key skills for the position include being proactive, possessing excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi, proficiency in MS Office, relationship-building abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and project execution skills.
