Responsibilities - Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess surgical goals and determine suitable procedures. - Develop personalized surgical plans in collaboration with patients and medical staff. - Perform both cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries following evidence-based medical practices. - Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative care, including detailed recovery plans. - Maintain detailed medical records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technology. - Participate in training and mentoring junior surgeons and medical students when necessary. - Ensure compliance with medical laws and ethical standards in plastic surgery practices. - Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families regarding potential risks and outcomes. - Review and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in surgical planning and decision-making. - Engage in continuous professional development to maintain surgical certifications and enhance skillsets. Requirements - Medical degree and board certification in plastic surgery are mandatory. - Active and unrestricted medical license to practice plastic surgery in the state. - A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Plastic Surgeon. - Proficient in a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage patient interactions. - Strong attention to detail and ability to make precise, informed decisions. - Commitment to continuous education and staying informed on surgical advancements.,
