Project Associate

About Us

BharatCares is looking for a capable and trustworthy project associates to join our organization and support with the implementation of various CSR projects on ground.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Implementation Support

• Assist in the smooth execution of multiple on-ground projects.
• Conduct community visits for awareness generation and project mobilization.
• Ensure timely implementation of project activities in the assigned region.

· Schools/Students outreach and coordination.

· Developing curriculum and lesson plan along with the teachers.

· Students Training and Development and Monitoring.

· Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.

· Developing Life-Skills learning activities and hands-on material/Digital tools for classes.

• Conduct basic awareness sessions and workshops as per project requirements.
• Be open to extensive field travel across rural and semi-urban regions across India.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites and report progress.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of outreach, awareness sessions, and other field activities.
• Collect data and ensure accurate and timely reporting for MIS and donor requirements.

Operational & Logistical Support

• Support in managing project-related logistics and procurement coordination.
• Assist with organizing field events, installations, and campaign drives.

Others

• As per project requirements, work on any temporary assignment or task assigned by the manager or organization.

· Good communication skills are mandatory

Office Timings: 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM | (Monday-Saturday)

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

· Any graduate/post graduate with good communication skills

· Well-versed with Local native language.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· 1-2 years of experience in similar field will be add on advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
