Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with schools for onboarding via calls, scheduling, and workshop confirmations
  • Assist in planning and facilitating school workshops and eco-activities
  • Support the on-ground team during school visits and ensure smooth implementation
  • Manage daily communication with schools, vendors, field team, and speakers
  • Maintain records, trackers, attendance sheets, and media documentation
  • Provide regular updates to the city/state program lead on progress and challenges. Assist with workshop logistics (materials, standees, courier coordination, etc.)
  • Help in preparing basic reports, feedback summaries, and follow-up communications
  • Support office-based tasks such as printing coordination, dispatch tracking, and team scheduling

Presently, we are focusing on our flagship campaign, Beyond Tech, which aims to create awareness, advocacy, and action for e-waste. Through real dialogue and actionable steps, we seek to encourage everyone to contribute towards addressing e-waste concerns.
