Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with schools and local teams for workshop scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Support vendor coordination for printing, materials, and logistics.
  • Assist in dispatch tracking, event setup, and on-ground logistics.
  • Maintain data entry, Excel trackers, and basic reporting.
  • Help organize and file workshop photos, feedback, and documentation.
  • Manage inventory and follow up on printing and restocking.
  • Assist in internal and external communication with partners and teams.
  • Handle media and material collection from the field.

Over the past decade, we have made a significant impact on communities through various humanitarian initiatives, including medical aid, food camps, and ration distributions. During the COVID pandemic, we administered over 15,000 vaccines through regular vaccine drives and collaborated closely with communities to provide oxygen for patients.
Presently, we are focusing on our flagship campaign, Beyond Tech, which aims to create awareness, advocacy, and action for e-waste. Through real dialogue and actionable steps, we seek to encourage everyone to contribute towards addressing e-waste concerns.
