Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading architectural project phases from concept through completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing architectural submittals, coordinating with engineering teams, overseeing project management, and ensuring compliance with energy and environmental design standards. The role involves significant use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop and manage project designs. The Project Architect will also liaise with clients to understand and meet their requirements, ensuring project objectives are achieved effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Submittals and Architecture
• Proven Project Management skills
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
