Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Architect, based in New Delhi. The Project Architect will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing architectural design projects from conception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural designs, preparing submittals, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with LEED standards, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for planning and visualization. The role involves leading project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture, including knowledge of design principles, construction documentation, and building codes
Experience with Project Management and the ability to lead and coordinate project teams effectively
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop precise and detailed design solutions
Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and sustainable design practices
Ability to prepare accurate and detailed submittals for project proposals and presentations
A degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant professional certifications being advantageous
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Prior experience working on urban, site planning, or interior design projects is preferred
