Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect based in Bhubaneswar, with some work from home acceptable. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include managing submittals, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet both design and safety standards. The role also involves leading project teams, ensuring sustainability practices, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project execution, and preparing LEED documentation when necessary. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Project Management Experience in handling Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage project timelines and teams effectively Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Professional registration (e.g., Architect license) is a plus Show more Show less
