Project Architect

The project Architect's Scope of work is as below:

1. Drawing and document coordination with the Design Architect, Design Consultants, and management/clients.

2. Study and check the drawings as per the requirement of the Project.

3. Proper record keeping of drawings and documents. Updating records regularly.

4. drawings to the contractors and maintain transmittal. Resolving any drawing-related issues/clarifications at the site.

5. Visiting Construction sites regularly once a week or as per the requirement of the management/ clients.

6. Check the construction done at the site based on the drawings and specifications issued to the contractor.

7. Document everything like Design MOM etc as required for the Project.

8. Managing communication among Design Architects, Design Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc.

9. Coordination with the regulatory authorities as required for the Projects.

10. Keeping management/ client informed about the design site issues of the work in the Projects.

11. The architect shall be able to detail out drawings or make fresh drawings for any requirement given by the management/ client.

12. Shall be able to calculate the quantity as per the drawing and recheck the same at the construction site.

13. The architect needs to handle one or more projects at a time as per the requirement of the management /client.

14. Shall be able to do any other designated work related to Projects as will be required by the management/client.

15. Assist in making, rendering, and or marking areas in floor plans as per requirements of existing buildings/projects for purposes of leasing and or sales

16. Creating project stage wise updates in an representational form

17. If need be help with layouts and or area measurements.

18. From time to time assist in layouts of offices, spaces, traffic plans, or any other type of typical drawings ( this does not include project architectural drawings )

19. Assist if required with explaining or attending meetings with authorities for drawing related works.

20. assisting with any interior design layout and or suggestions for the fixtures and fittings
