NOW HIRING: PROJECT ARCHITECT SMART CAMPUS EXPANSION DAYANANDA SAGAR UNIVERSITY, BENGALURU About: Dayananda Sagar University, DSU, a leading institution at the front of higher education and research, is embarking on a transformative expansion of its Harohalli campus with an additional 2 million sq. feet of next generation academic, residential and innovation spaces. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join this landmark project and work closely with our Principal Architect, an on-site team to develop high-quality infrastructure and interiors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate with the Principal Architect to ensure timely delivery of good for construction drawings to contractors and execution teams. • Liason with civil, MEP and interior contractors to ensure Project progress aligns with design intent and timelines. • Oversee on-site quality control, particularly with respect to interior design and finishes across academic, research and student life spaces. • Maintain comprehensive documentation and design compliance with regulatory and institutional standards. • Flag and resolve discrepancies between architectural plans and on-site execution. IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. • 9-10 Years of experience in large-scale institutional, commercial or mixed-use development projects. • Proven ability to manage GFC drawings workflows and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. • Strong eye for interior detailing finishes and spatial design quality.
