Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D models to bring design concepts to life, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Source and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and design solutions that align with project goals and budgets. Develop comprehensive working drawings, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), specifications, and construction documents. Work closely with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project workflow and implementation. Conduct site visits to monitor design execution, address any discrepancies, and provide timely solutions. Review construction drawings, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and building codes.
