As a Project Architect, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years of experience and hold a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture from a reputable college. Proficiency in Auto-CAD software is essential for this role. Previous experience working on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects is highly desired. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in team management are also key requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire project cycle, ensuring high-quality design, coordinating with various consultants to maintain design integrity, and preparing construction documents. You will need excellent coordination skills, a deep understanding of working drawings, and the ability to create accurate technical documents. Regular site visits will be necessary to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes. Collaboration with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, and contractors is crucial, as is the ability to facilitate project team meetings and communications.
