Projects Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  architectural, interior, and landscape works

  for hotel projects.
• Coordinate with

  structural and MEP teams & consultants

  to ensure design and execution excellence.
• Monitor and

  control project budgets

  to ensure cost efficiency.
• Work on

  quantity surveying

  ; prepare

  BOQ/BOM

  .
• Review and approve

  GFC drawings, shop drawings, and construction details

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  fire safety, municipal regulations, and EIA norms

  .
• Collaborate with

  stakeholders for design approvals

  .
• Liaise with

  brand operators

  for design and operational alignment.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in

  Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

  .
• Proven experience in

  hospitality/hotel projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  design coordination, QS, BOQ/BOM, and compliance standards

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
