Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the complete project schedule for kit box orders placed by clients, ensuring constant and successful interaction with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and shipping. Your role will include fulfilling the scheduler role, scheduling and prioritizing work with SEIs Kit Box partner, and ensuring accurate and on-time shipments to achieve client satisfaction and revenue targets. - Arrange project kick-offs for each kit box order, gather and document project information. - Work with engineering to implement any changes to Bills of Materials (BoMs) in SAP. - Plan and schedule orders in the factory following internal processes. - Prepare requisitions to place purchase orders with kit box vendors. - Monitor parts for any issues or delays and take appropriate actions. - Manage picking and shipping of parts to kit box vendors in a timely manner. - Maintain a strong relationship with kit box vendors through open communication on order status. - Coordinate shipments with the shipping department and provide necessary paperwork to vendors or clients. - Track shipments to clients, keep clients informed, and maintain proof of delivery records. - Conduct post-execution meetings with client managers and key partners for feedback and project review. - Act as the primary contact for client communications, providing proactive updates and representing Siemens Energy and the customer. - Keep updated status reports on order progress, identify challenges, and meet regularly with leadership to review performance. - Achieve revenue targets, meet On Time Delivery (OTD) and Past Due Backlog (PDBL) goals, and drive client satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. - Desired working knowledge of MRP, SAP, and APICS courses. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Teams. - Self-motivated with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness in goal achievement. - Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work under time constraints. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
