Job Description

As a Project Analyst at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior members of the Global Operations team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the Order to Cash business cycle, assisting in new project setup, supporting client billing and reporting, and becoming an expert in platforms and processes. Your coordination with onshore business teams across multiple geographies will be essential in achieving business objectives and facilitating revenue-generating actions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct ongoing client account and project setup maintenance in the assigned system, including assigning and updating support staff designations. - Verify client account and project information for accurate and timely billing. - Share time details with the Account Management Team to ensure correct project coding. - Assist project teams in client billing and provide guidance on procedural review and approval of invoices. - Report and monitor components related to Client Invoicing, such as Advance bills, Unbilled WIP, Write-offs, Commissions, and Accounts Receivables. - Assist senior team members in leadership and stakeholder reporting, extracting key insights from reports. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office package. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Commitment to quality work, continuous learning, and process improvements. - Knowledge of OpenAir PSA will be an added advantage.
