Job Description

We are looking for " Project Administrator"

Experience - Fresher

Location - Mindspace Hyderabad

Shift - 6:30 PM TO 3:30 AM ( Night Shift)

Minimum eligibility - 60% in Education

Skills - Power BI ,SQL, Excel

Role & responsibilities

Project Administrators support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by handling administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication among teammembers. They assist in scheduling, tracking progress, and managing resources. Junior roles focus on learning and assisting with basic tasks, while senior roles may involve overseeing multiple projects and providing strategic input.

Assist in the coordination and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Support project managers in tracking project schedules, budgets, and resources
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and action items
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress and updates
Utilize project management tools to monitor project timelines and deliverables
Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions by providing insights and feedback

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to create and manage project schedules using relevant tools
Invoice support and Flexible for working hours.
