Job description: Roles and Responsibilities Minimum 3+ years of experience in Stress analysis-Aero Engine. Should have a basic knowledge in FEA 2D & 3D Finite Element modelling of simple, moderate and complex components Linear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity) HCF/LCF ,fracture mechanics, Modal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis Strength, stability and Durability of components Damage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life Should able to build/update FE Models in Hyper-Mesh. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Required Qualifications Experience in mechanical design & analysis of aircraft engine models Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace engineering with excellent academic background In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals Proficiency in application of ANSYS ,HYPERMESH, Unigraphics, software and Siesta is added advantage Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to meet stringent deadlines and commitments
