Project Accountant

As a Project Accountant, your role involves coordinating between finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely approval and processing. You will be responsible for drafting and managing official correspondence with clients, consultants, and vendors, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation. Additionally, you will assist in budget development, forecasting, and allocation of resources across multiple ongoing projects. Your duties will include reviewing contractor BOQs, tracking labor costs, and maintaining financial control logs for site activities. It is essential to ensure compliance with project timelines and financial regulations by aligning with planning and cost control departments. You will also participate in internal audits, donor reporting, and documentation for large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects.
