Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders, utilizing standard tools and methodologies to ensure that service level agreements are met, and actively monitoring project progress to achieve desired results. You will engage in discussions to identify challenges and opportunities, ensuring that the project aligns with organizational goals and objectives while fostering a collaborative environment for all team members.
