Job Description

As a Program/Project Management Representative, your primary role is to deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to achieve project objectives effectively. Your responsibilities will include performing independently and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively participating and contributing to team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems, and facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Monitoring project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and ensuring transparency and accountability are crucial aspects of your role. Proficiency in Incident Management is a must-have skill for this position. You should have a strong understanding of service level agreements and performance metrics, experience with project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to analyze and resolve incidents efficiently. Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques is also beneficial. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Incident Management and have completed 15 years of full-time education. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.,
