As a Program/Project Management Representative, your role involves delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives is crucial in your daily tasks. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - **Must To Have Skills:** Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress. - Familiarity with risk management practices to identify and mitigate potential project risks. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - 15 years full-time education is required.
