Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and performance tracking to drive project success and enhance service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives. Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.- Experience with service level agreement management and performance metrics.- Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Familiarity with collaboration tools and software for project tracking.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
