Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:- PMO Analyst / Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programs across a wide portfolio. You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers or Delivery Leads, taking ownership of PMO processes such as work planning, resource management, financial tracking, reporting, governance, risk management and quality control.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure excellence in project execution and stakeholder engagement.1) Financial Management:Track budgets, costs, and forecasts. Prepare pro forma invoices, support billing activities, and maintain accurate financial records and variance analysis.2) Overdue invoice tracking opportunity creation ,opportunity updates sales booking.3)Quality & Compliance:Ensure adherence to quality standards, client data protection requirements, while supporting audit readiness and process improvements.4)Governance & Control:Support the implementation of governance standards across projects ensuring consistent tracking and reporting of milestones, risks and deliverables.   • -Must Have Skill:PMO and German language B2(Speaking)
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3+ Years experience in program control services and project management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15-year full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
