You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Roles & Responsibilities: â€¢ Client handling capability with clear communication skills â€¢ Well versed with agile delivery principles, sprint model and scrum boards on JIRA on any other similar tool â€¢ Working experience of IaC tools like version control systems (Git, SVN etc..), Ansible, Terraform, CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins or Rundeck â€¢ DevOps certified professional OR Cloud certified professional â€“ AWS/Azure/GCP/VMWare private cloud â€¢ Working experience on IaC vaults like Hashicorp, Ansible vaults, Azure vaults. In addition, worked on SAST, DAST tools â€¢ REST API integrations & JSON â€“ working experience â€¢ Ability to utilize cloud native solutions Professional & Technical Skills: â€¢ Knowledge on Infrastructure architecture across networks, storage, compute, hosting â€¢ Worked on Kubernetes, Docker, Packer â€¢ Worked on Python or PowerShell or Shell â€¢ Immutable Infrastructure using serverless technologies â€¢ Knowledge or worked on AI & ML use cases â€¢ Prompt Engineering skills Additional Information: â€¢ 15 years full-time education is required â€¢ Flexible for rotational shifts including night shfit
