Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Must have skills : SAP for Utilities Billing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Years Full time education Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of SAP for Utilities Billing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and processes, including project planning, resource management, and change management. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:12+ years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Program/Project Management, knowledge of project management methodologies and processes. Strong understanding of SAP for Utilities Billing, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in managing large-scale SAP for Utilities Billing implementations, including managing project budgets, timelines, and resources. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
