Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage dealer and customer-facing IT applications.
Lead business communications & coordination with stakeholders (25%).
Handle vendor management and ensure smooth delivery (15%).
Oversee application management processes (10%).
Plan projects including scope, schedule, cost, and manpower (15%).
Drive project execution and ensure timely deliverables (10%).
Monitor and control project performance (20%)
Ensure proper project closure and documentation (5%).

Skills Required:

8–12 years of IT experience in dealer & customer-facing applications.
Strong operational knowledge of the automotive domain (Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing & After-Sales).
Expertise in requirements management.
Strong project planning, scheduling, cost & manpower management.
Advanced problem-solving, communication & presentation skills.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with RDBMS databases.
Understanding of APIs, Interfaces & File Transfers.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
