The role you are applying for involves Programme Coordination, Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation. You will be responsible for developing and managing projects, coordinating meetings to discuss work plans and implementation progress, and contributing to the development of new concepts and proposals. It will be your duty to prepare project-related technical and financial reports regularly and design a monitoring & evaluation framework for projects. You will work closely with field experts to compile data related to progress, outcomes, and impacts and finalize progress and technical reports periodically. Additionally, you will be expected to develop a knowledge management, communications, and outreach strategy to enhance project visibility and impact. Collaborating with field experts, you will analyze and disseminate science and education-related information emerging from projects and develop learning and educational resources to support the projects. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Masters's degree in environment, management, sustainability, or related fields and have approximately 5 years of experience in program coordination and management within an environment and conservation institution. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience. You should be proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, multitasking, and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with basic computer applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management is also required.,
