Prayatna Foundation is looking for a dedicated Programme Assistant to join the team. 💼Position: Programme Assistant 🖥️Working Days: Monday to Saturday 💳Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month 📍Location: Kolkata Application Deadline 27th May 2025 Responsibilities: ▪️Corporate mail/ letter drafting for patrons. Make monthly/ quarterly reports on activities. ▪️Assist the accounts team with the monthly updating of the books. ▪️Liaison with the patrons and the beneficiaries. ▪️Get the activities/ events arranged and executed which will be delegated. ▪️Take care of the social media writings to designing/ uploading of creatives along with copywriting of the same. ▪️As an NGO there are lot of activities planned outside of office, so you have to be okay with arranging and executing those activities and also be okay with travelling to project / rural areas. ▪️Act as a bridge between the Prayatna and the schools/ other organisations that are associated with to get monthly reports from them and to arrange and execute collaborative events and to take charge of things when needed. Requirements: ▪️Graduate in any discipline (Social Work or development field experience 6 months to 1 year preferred) ▪️Good communication and interpersonal skills ▪️Computer knowledge: Office, Google drive , Canva, Photoshop ▪️Familar with Social Media Posting ▪️Willingness to travel for project areas.
