Job Description:

• ISTQB Certified

  (Foundation or Advanced level).

• 15+ years

  in Quality Engineering with strong expertise in

  test automation frameworks

  (Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, etc.) and No code/Low code platforms like TOSCA, AccelQ, UFT

• Minimum 5+ years in leading large Testing teams across both Onshore and Offshore

• Strong knowledge of

  automation approaches

  (Data-driven, Keyword-driven, BDD).
• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in

  Java, C# .NET

  , or other equivalent and working knowledge of Python for automation and AI integration.
• Expertise in

  test management tools

  (JIRA, ALM, Zephyr) and

  test data management

  (GenRocket or equivalent).

Good to Have:

• Experience in

  Quality Intelligence dashboards

  and

  predictive analytics

  for defect trends.
• Knowledge of

  AI-driven test case generation

  and

  self-healing automation frameworks

  .
• Familiarity with

  LLM-based solutions

  for test optimization and chatbot testing.
• Exposure to

  No-Code/Low-Code automation platforms

  like

  TOSCA

  and

  AccelQ

  .
• Domain experience in

  Retail, Life Sciences, and Banking

  .
• Certifications in

  Google Cloud

  and

  TOSCA

  .
• Exposure to

  non-functional testing tools

  (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Participation in

  industry conferences

  and

  whitepaper publications

  on AI in testing.
