Program Test Manager

You are a highly experienced UAT Test Manager at the Program level, responsible for leading the User Acceptance Testing efforts for our eCommerce platform at Birlasoft. Your role involves ensuring that all business requirements are met and that the platform provides a seamless user experience across web and mobile channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA, and product owners, to validate end-to-end functionality before production release. Your responsibilities include defining UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria, developing UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation, and aligning testing goals with business and customer expectations. You will oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements, lead and mentor UAT testers and business users, and coordinate cross-functional testing efforts while managing dependencies. Additionally, you will track, analyze, and escalate defects, collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution, provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, and facilitate UAT sign-off to ensure stakeholder alignment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the UAT environment mirrors production, managing test data preparation and validation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in UAT/Test Management roles for e-commerce platforms. You must have hands-on experience with Magento, in-depth knowledge of Functional flow and Admin Flows, and experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Certification in ISTQB, PMP, or similar is preferred, and knowledge of automation tools and frameworks is a plus.,
