Program Test Manager

As an experienced Program Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the SAP S/4HANA migration program from a testing perspective. You will oversee both SAP and non-SAP impacted applications, ensuring a seamless migration testing process to minimize risks and support successful implementation. Your strong background in SAP transformations, enterprise IT landscapes, and cross-functional program management will be key in collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. - Lead testing for the end-to-end S/4HANA migration program, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance. - Manage cross-functional teams across SAP ERP, business functions, and non-SAP impacted applications. - Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align the testing needs of the program. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap, timelines, and budget for the migration project. - Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and cutover activities to ensure business continuity. - Coordinate SAP consultants, system integrators, and internal IT teams to deliver program milestones. - Define and oversee a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing. - Ensure that all impacted applications are tested for data consistency, process alignment, and functional correctness. - Collaborate with business users to validate key processes and ensure business continuity during the transition. - Define a test strategy for hypercare support and oversee testing of post-go-live defects/issues for system stabilization. - 15+ years of IT program test management experience, focusing on large-scale SAP ERP transformations. - Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects, including greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid implementations. - Strong testing experience with expertise in SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and managing non-SAP systems and integrations. - Deep knowledge of data migration strategies and hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. - Experience in managing third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore development teams. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.,
