Location: Bangalore - Completely Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shifts (4:30 AM - 10:30 PM)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days .

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a competent and ambitious Account Executive who loves finding new business opportunities to

grow revenues from SMB clients and consistently achieve or exceed quota expectations.

What kind of work will you be doing?

  • Achieve quarterly client coverage and depth of engagement goals

Grow revenues from SMB clients in your book of business and consistently achieve or exceed quota

expectations

  • Leverage existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow revenue in strategic product areas
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business leveraging the client's various tools and

processes for book segmentation and engagement

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on client's marketing solution offerings
  • Educate clients on their opportunities using your digital media expertise
  • Be an expert at translating their marketing goals and objectives into actionable strategies on the client's

marketing platform.

  • Provide updates to the management team on your pipeline and sales forecast objectives and key results
  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as

they emerge

Mandatory Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • B2B Sales + CRM experience ( preferred SFDC )

OR

  • Inside Sales ( Engaging the existing customers to retain and identify additional business opportunities to

increase the revenue stream ) + CRM experience ( preferred SFDC )

  • Leverage existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow revenue in strategic product areas

  • Experience in marketing or making recommendations to marketers
  • Knowledge of how internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in layman's terms
  • Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers
  • Proven ability in activating and retaining new business
  • Proven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to navigate change
