Program Officer

Role Overview: As a part of GICIA India Private Limited, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients and the head office for scheduling CoC Audit and physical verification for Timber Legality Assessment. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information during audits to provide appropriate recommendations for certification. Additionally, you will manage a consistent workflow of scheduling audits, written notifications, and record-keeping. Organizing and maintaining file systems, client database, and the program website will also be part of your responsibilities. Being able to identify different types of woods as per Indian wood industries and verifying whether the client company follows the requirements of desired standards are key aspects of this role.
