Role Overview: As a part of GICIA India Private Limited, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients and the head office for scheduling CoC Audit and physical verification for Timber Legality Assessment. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information during audits to provide appropriate recommendations for certification. Additionally, you will manage a consistent workflow of scheduling audits, written notifications, and record-keeping. Organizing and maintaining file systems, client database, and the program website will also be part of your responsibilities. Being able to identify different types of woods as per Indian wood industries and verifying whether the client company follows the requirements of desired standards are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients and head office for scheduling CoC Audit and physical verification for Timber Legality Assessment - Collect, analyze, and synthesize information during audits to provide appropriate recommendations for certification - Manage a consistent workflow of scheduling audits, written notifications, and record-keeping - Organize and maintain file systems, client database, and the program website - Identify different types of woods as per Indian wood industries and verify whether the client company follows the requirements of desired standards Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Forest Management, Forestry, Wood Science, or Environmental sciences with a minimum of 2 years of experience - Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary, knowledge of any other regional language would be an additional benefit - Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, and ability to learn new computer programs efficiently - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Good presentation and report writing skills - Exceptional time-management skills and ability to multi-task - Working on own initiative as part of a team, developing effective working relationships, and maintaining a good team environment - Attention to detail and working within set timelines - Willingness to travel to multiple locations - Process orientation, observation power, analytical skills, reasoning ability - Effective communication and presentation skills - Hands-on documentation and proficiency in MS-Office Additional Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description.,
