Program Officer

Role Overview: As a Prevention Services Implementation Officer, your main objective is to ensure the quality-driven implementation of prevention services. Your major deliverables will include documenting field experiences in a timely manner, adhering to operational protocols by reporting field activities to coordinators promptly, and conducting regular reviews with the Coordinator and Manager of prevention services. Your job challenge will be to effectively implement programs while maintaining quality documentation. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a large diverse team and show a keen interest in working with children. Key Responsibilities: - Document field experiences in a timely manner - Adhere to operational protocols and report field activities to coordinators promptly - Ensure regular reviews with Coordinator and Manager of prevention services - Implement programs effectively - Maintain quality documentation Qualifications Required: - Graduation / Post-graduation in Education, Sociology, Social work, Psychology, Child Development, or other related fields - Experience in group work with children and adolescents, conducting sessions, and facilitating discussions preferred - Freshers with any similar voluntary work experience will also be considered - Ability to work in a large team - Creative and child-friendly mindset - Open to extensive local travel - Multilingual with fluency in English Location: Mumbai Salary Range: - 25000 INR per month - 5200 INR per month for Travel reimbursement - 2000 INR per month for Therapeutic reimbursement - 5000 INR for Annual Training reimbursement,
