Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program/project management in the Group Life Insurance domain.
• Drive mobilization and transition efforts from client onboarding to steady-state operations.
• Manage PMO activities including reporting, governance, and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for timely project delivery.
• Track project performance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage client communication.

• Strong domain knowledge in Group Life Insurance operations and transitions.
• Proven experience in Program Management, PMO, and Service Delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
