Program Manager

Job Description: As a Program Manager with over 20 years of experience, including at least 7 to 10 years in Program/Project Management of Application Development projects, your expertise in the BFSI domain will be crucial for this role. You will be responsible for driving all current projects and ensuring the successful completion of projects for a specific client. Your role will also involve managing stakeholder expectations, collaborating with stakeholders to eliminate project bottlenecks, and working closely with MindCraft Project Managers to maintain project plans, resource management plans, and communication plans. Implementation of best practices such as Change Control Management and Requirement Management will be under your purview. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct regular project/program reviews and prepare reports for the steering committee.
