Lead complex, multi-phase projects from conceptualization through implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
Drive Gen AI adoption across delivery processes and initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and client value through AI-led transformation.
Own the full application development lifecycle, applying Agile/Iterative methodologies to deliver incremental, high-impact outcomes.
Plan and manage project scope through structured discovery of business and non-functional requirements, translating them into technical tasks, SDLC plans, and detailed work-breakdown structures.
Track and manage project P/L to ensure financial health, profitability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee development of integrated project plans, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting execution strategies to meet delivery commitments.

Manage projects in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of billable hours for precise client invoicing and budget adherence.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Balance scope, budget, timeline, and quality to maintain acceptable risk levels while maximizing business outcomes.
Define project quality and performance standards; proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across the delivery lifecycle.
Implement and maintain processes for handling requirements, managing changes in scope, and resolving project issues.
Maintain accurate project tracking systems, delivery dashboards, and financial performance indicators.
Ensure clear definition of project-wide roles and responsibilities and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Mentor teams on modern technologies, Gen AI tools, best practices, and design patterns to elevate delivery capability and innovation.
Participate in recruitment, talent development, and capability-building programs to strengthen organizational competencies.
Contribute to Infogain s Program Management domain, Quality Improvement initiatives, and enterprise-wide Gen AI initiatives.
Support organizational activities including internal programs, training, community-building events, and continuous improvement efforts.
