Program Manager - OT & OT Security

The Program Manager – OT & OT Security is responsible for overseeing and executing programs related to Operational Technology (OT) systems and their cybersecurity. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor OT security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Program Manager will manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while identifying and mitigating risks to OT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, reporting on program progress, and driving continuous improvement in OT security practices.

• Lead and manage OT and OT security programs from initiation to completion.


• Develop program plans, set timelines, define milestones, and allocate resources.


• Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment of OT security objectives.


• Monitor program progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.


• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to OT systems and processes.


• Ensure compliance with applicable security standards, policies, and regulations.


• Report on program status to stakeholders and senior management.


• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of OT security best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Extensive experience in program or project management, preferably in OT or cybersecurity environments.


• Strong knowledge of OT systems and industrial control systems (ICS).


• Familiarity with OT security frameworks and regulatory requirements.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, GICSP) are a plus.
