Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager Experience Required: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Program Manager with around 2 years of experience to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and managing key programs and projects across departments. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings with stakeholders. Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution to keep programs on track. Maintain documentation and reports for program progress and outcomes. Support leadership in strategic decision-making with insights and data. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in program or project management. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.). Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. PMP or other project management certifications. Experience working in startups or tech environments.
