About the Role
We are looking for a business-driven Program Manager who will be responsible for driving major corporate accounts. A typical program manager will involved in more strategic discussions with customers, design and drive the roadmap for strengthening the engagement. He/she will be responsible for driving programs which are spread across couple of years. Acts as a catalyst to the operations and account management. You will need excellent leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance service offerings and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and providing strategic guidance to maximize value delivery.
- Foster a data-driven culture, leveraging insights to optimize team performance and decision-making.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment where team members are empowered to grow, perform, and deliver their best.
- Own overall program revenue, profitability, and delivery success, contributing to the organizations strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
- 5+ years of experience delivering solutions and managing large, cross-functional programs.
- Bachelors degree or higher in IT, Logistics/Supply Chain, Innovation, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and business development.
- Strong customer-facing experience, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, multicultural environment.

- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Certified Program Management Professional (CPMP)
